Job summary

Truelogic is seeking a Senior IT/Systems Engineer to secure and scale our digital workplace infrastructure. The role focuses on identity management and Apple device fleet administration, driving automation and leading critical IT projects in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate expert Okta and Jamf skills, strong knowledge of OIDC/SAML/OAuth, and proficiency in scripting for automation.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in Senior IT, Sysadmin, or Systems Engineering roles in a professional environment.
• Expert-level knowledge of Okta and Jamf is mandatory.
• Deep understanding of identity protocols (OIDC, SAML, OAuth) and end-user device security.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language for system automation.
• Proven ability to lead solo technical projects and manage an SDLC.
• Exceptional English skills in a documentation-driven, asynchronous environment.
• Familiarity with GitOps, IaC, and LLM usage for productivity.

Responsibilities

• Identity & Access Management: Own and optimize OIDC, SAML, and OAuth configurations within Okta to ensure secure, seamless employee access.
• Fleet Management: Manage and maintain a global fleet of Apple devices using Jamf, ensuring all hardware is secure and up-to-date.
• Automation & Scripting: Develop scripts (Python, Bash, etc.) to automate repetitive IT tasks, deployments, and system integrations.
• Project Leadership: Lead IT infrastructure projects from conception to completion, including documentation and cross-functional task delegation.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards for ticket hygiene and technical documentation while supporting system design and architecture.
• Infrastructure Support: Assist with cloud migrations (ESX to Cloud) and support Google Workspace and network routing (OSI model) troubleshooting.
