Job summary

Fulton Bank is seeking a Syndications Analyst to support origination, execution, and portfolio management of syndicated loan transactions for corporate and sponsor-backed clients. You will work with Relationships, Syndications Originators, Credit, Portfolio Management, and Capital Markets to structure, underwrite, market, and close facilities.

The role requires strong financial analysis, credit underwriting, market knowledge, and project management skills, with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field (required).
3+ years in commercial banking, corporate banking, leveraged finance, credit analysis, or portfolio management (required).
2+ years loan syndications; underwriting and syndicating middle-market or large corporate credit transactions (preferred).
Series 7, 63 and 79 (preferred).
Strong financial statement analysis and credit underwriting skills (required).
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Syndtrak (required).
Experience building financial models and performing cash flow analyses (required).
Knowledge of syndicated lending structures, loan documentation, and capital markets concepts (required).
Familiarity with Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Refinitiv, or similar platforms (preferred).

Responsibilities

Structure and execute syndicated loan transactions (revolvers, term loans, acquisitions, recapitalizations, refinancings).
Prepare information memoranda and lender presentations.
Coordinate due diligence and manage timelines for deal execution.
Collaborate with legal counsel, agents, lenders, and internal stakeholders through closing.
Review commitment papers and credit agreements for consistency with approved structures.
