Job summary

Fulton Bank is seeking an analyst to support the origination, execution, and portfolio management of syndicated loan transactions for corporate, commercial real estate and sponsor-backed clients. You will work with Relationship Managers, Syndications Originators, Credit, Portfolio Management, and Capital Markets to structure, underwrite, market, and close facilities.

The role requires strong financial analysis, credit underwriting, market knowledge, and project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business or related field (required).
• 3+ years in commercial banking, corporate banking, leveraged finance, credit analysis, or portfolio management (required).
• 2+ years loan syndications; underwriting and syndicating middle-market or large corporate credit transactions (preferred).
• Series 7, 63 and 79 (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support structuring and execution of syndicated loan transactions (revolving credit facilities, term loans, acquisition financings, recapitalizations, refinancings).
• Prepare information memoranda, lender presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Coordinate due diligence and manage transaction timelines to support deal execution.
