Job summary

AHU Technologies Inc. is seeking a Swiss CNC Lathe Operator to set up and run Tsugami CNC Swiss lathes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will read blueprints, edit programs, inspect parts, and maintain safety and quality standards.

Require 1–2 years of CNC experience, plus fluency with precision measuring tools. Onsite work at our Valley City, Ohio facility with applicable shift premiums and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of CNC machining experience and/or equivalent education.
• Experience operating Swiss CNC machines is required.
• Experience setting up and operating Tsugami CNC Swiss lathes is strongly preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
• Strong CNC programming understanding and editing skills.
• Experience using precision inspection gauges and measuring equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Tsugami CNC Swiss lathes.
• Monitor equipment for proper operation and quality.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Edit CNC programs as required.
• Inspect first pieces and perform in-process inspections.
• Record production data and maintain reports.
• Identify and report equipment or material issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
