Job summary

Weekday 1 is partnering with a client to evaluate AI-generated music remotely. You will apply your professional audio expertise to assess musicality, production quality, vocal performance, and lyric quality against prompts and references.

This role requires native or near-native Swedish and fluent English, 2+ years in music production or related roles, and familiarity with contemporary Swedish genres. Remote, independent contractor, ~20 hours/week.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience as a music producer, audio engineer, or mixing professional.
• Strong Swedish language proficiency and excellent written English.
• Familiarity with the Swedish music industry and contemporary Swedish genres.

Responsibilities

• Compare AI-generated songs based on: Musicality, Creativity and originality, Prompt adherence, Vocal quality and performance, Production and mixing quality.
• Classify and label songs according to genre, structure, instrumentation, vocal characteristics, and other attributes.
• Evaluate AI-generated lyrics and vocals against reference material for quality and consistency.
• Identify issues in arrangement, performance, mixing, production, and overall musical execution.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve AI-generated music quality.
