Qualifications

• Native or near-native Swedish required; must follow English instructions.
• At least 2 years in music production/audio roles.
• Familiarity with Swedish music industry and contemporary Swedish music.
• Ability to evaluate music objectively using structured criteria.
• Experience with licensing or credited work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Compare AI-generated songs for musicality, creativity, prompt adherence, vocal performance, and production quality.
• Classify songs by genre, structure, instrumentation, vocal characteristics, and related attributes.
• Evaluate AI-generated lyrics and vocals against reference material for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Identify issues in arrangement, performance, mixing, production, and overall musical execution.
• Apply evaluation criteria consistently across musical styles and genres.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve AI-generated music.
• Distinguish technically strong productions from outputs with creative or audio-quality issues.
