Job summary

Siftwell is seeking a Senior Vice President (SVP) of Finance & Operations to scale its financial and operating infrastructure across remote teams in the United States. Reporting to the CEO and partnering with the President, you will translate strategy into disciplined execution, driving governance, capital management, and cross-functional alignment to support growth.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, finance, or related field.
• MBA or CPA preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership in finance/operations within a scaling tech company.

• Lead Finance & Operations to scale financial and operating infrastructure.
• Oversee budgets, planning, and governance across orgs.
• Provide Board-level financial reporting and capital planning.
• Manage legal/compliance in partnership with external counsel.
• Partner with Product, Growth, Customer Success and People to build scalable processes.
