Job summary

The MDS Foundation, Inc. seeks a visionary Vice President of Finance and Operations to lead financial strategy and core operations during a growth phase.

You will partner with the CEO and Board to ensure sound fiscal stewardship, regulatory compliance, and scalable infrastructure supporting mission-driven initiatives. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including senior-level responsibility; nonprofit experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, nonprofit accounting standards, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Foundation's financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and controls.
• Serve as strategic advisor to CEO and Board, providing financial insights for decision-making.
• Develop metrics and dashboards to drive accountability and transparency across the organization.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, and PEO relationships; ensure regulatory compliance and internal controls.
