Job summary

Fidelity is seeking a Vice President to lead Data Solutions for the Retail Analytics Data Platform, directing strategy, roadmap, and customer engagement at scale. You will supervise a team delivering trusted data capabilities and drive alignment with analytics, governance, engineering, and architecture functions.

This role requires extensive data product leadership, executive communication, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable platform priorities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading data product or analytics platforms for business-facing customers.
• Proven ability to translate analytics needs into platform priorities and roadmaps.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate analytics needs into a prioritized, value-driven roadmap balancing customer impact and feasibility.
• Define intake and prioritization models for analytics customers and ensure alignment with strategy.
• Lead the Data Solutions team, shaping roadmap management and intake operations.
• Collaborate with analytics, governance, engineering and architecture teams to align priorities.
