Job summary

SCP Health is seeking a Senior SVP, Anesthesia APP to lead clinical leadership across affiliated hospitals. The role focuses on guiding CRNA/AP teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and strengthening client relationships while driving financial and quality performance.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia (or equivalent APP program).
• Current CRNA certification and unrestricted state license.
• Significant prior experience in anesthesia APP clinical leadership, managing multi-site CRNA teams preferred.
• Maintains NBCRNA certification and licenses; DEA for controlled substances.

Responsibilities

• Represent SCP Health in operational leadership within a hospital setting and strive for innovation and relationships.
• Lead anesthesia APP teams, supervise CRNAs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and partnerships across facilities.
• Oversee performance metrics, risk management, and process improvement initiatives.
