Job summary

SCP Health seeks a Senior Vice President, Anesthesia APP to lead multi-site CRNA teams and drive clinical leadership across the network. You will partner with hospital leadership, oversee performance and compliance, and help shape growth strategies in anesthesia practice management.

The role requires advanced anesthesia leadership experience, CRNA certification, and an unrestricted license. Remote work options from Texas are available with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia is required.
  • Current CRNA certification is required.
  • Unrestricted state APP/CRNA license is required.
  • Experience leading anesthesia APP CRNA teams is preferred.

Such involvement shall be at the mutual agreement of the SVP and the Client Service Team leadership team in amounts not to interfere with his/her other base responsibilities.Other DutiesMonitor APP performanceClinical skillsMedical Records CompletionProvide regular feedback to Regional Directors, Anesthesia APP on performance and offer coaching as neededOrientation and mentoring of new Regional Directors, Anesthesia APP and CRNAsCompliance with applicable Hospital standardsAssist with Review and Implementation of Medical Records RequirementsPatient Satisfaction and complaint resolutionAttention to patient throughput, and other operational efficiency indicators; offering and discussing issues and solutions with Group Medical OfficerParticipate in Provider Risk ReviewsWork with other providers, in conjunction with the Corporation, to maintain and improve acceptable standardsMonitor and supervise department functionsActs as a liaison with the Affiliated Hospital medical staff, administration, and hospital department staff to assure support of departmentAdvise/assist with Recruiting/Credentialing and Retention of qualified CRNAs and Anesthesia APPsAdvise on Billing/Reimbursement problems/issuesParticipate in Quality Assessment ProcessesTrend results of reviews; by APPs and providers, and by general trends.
