What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Conduct structured telephone surveys using scripted multiple-choice questions
2. Accurately enter participant responses into a computer-assisted telephone interviewing (CATI) system
3. Maintain neutrality and engage positively with survey participants
4. Address caller questions or concerns accurately and professionally
5. Follow project protocols and maintain quality standards for data collection

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor's degree or at least 4 years of relevant work experience
2. Fluency in reading and writing in Cantonese and/or Mandarin
3. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
4. Ability to navigate survey systems while accurately entering data
5. Computer literacy, including keyboard skills and basic troubleshooting

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Prior experience as a survey research interviewer
2. Experience collecting and recording data over the phone or in person
