Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Surveillance and Radar Systems Project Manager to lead initiatives for FAA surveillance, radar, and NAS systems under the BNATCS program. You will shape program strategy, manage scope, schedule, risks, and deliverables with FAA TechOps, ATSS, engineers, and vendors to ensure mission success.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Project leadership experience supporting surveillance, radar, or NAS systems.
• FAA TechOps experience including TSOG/ATSS support.
• Hands-on experience with airport surveillance/radar systems and NAS infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of projects supporting surveillance, radar, and NAS systems.
• Manage priorities, resources, schedules, risks, and deliverables.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and drive collaboration and mission success.
• Partner with FAA Technical Operations, ATSS personnel, engineers, vendors, and leadership.
• Manage stakeholder communication, requirements, action items, and status.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies for complex environments.
• Develop project roadmaps, schedules, reports, and program documentation.
• Support modernization, system integration, and change management initiatives.
• Ensure FAA, technical, quality, schedule, and mission requirements.
