Job summary

Peraton seeks a Surveillance & Radar Systems Project Manager to lead FAA NAS modernization initiatives under the BNATCS program. You will drive planning, execution, and collaboration across FAA TechOps, ATSS, engineers, and vendors to deliver critical surveillance and radar capabilities.

This role requires strong project leadership in a highly regulated aviation environment, with preference for FAA experience and ability to work remotely.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years, Master's with 6+ years, or HS diploma with 12+ years relevant experience.
• Project leadership experience supporting surveillance, radar, or NAS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of surveillance, radar, and NAS systems projects.
• Manage priorities, resources, schedules, risks, and deliverables.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and drive collaboration and mission success.
• Partner with FAA Technical Operations, ATSS personnel, engineers, vendors, and program leadership.
• Manage stakeholder communication, requirements, action items, and project status.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Develop project roadmaps, schedules, and program documentation.
• Support modernization, system integration, and change management.
