Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Surveillance Investigator to perform discreet mobile and stationary surveillance of claimants to support insurance claims. You will conduct investigations, use covert surveillance methods, and document findings for claims administration.

Requirements include a high school diploma, driving experience, and the ability to work varied hours. Training will be provided; prior investigative experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Post offer, must complete Allied Universal Investigations' training/orientation.
• Minimum of 1 year verifiable work experience, preferably in investigations or protective service field.
• Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to type reports in Microsoft Word with minimal errors.
• Proficient with laptops, video cameras, and cell phones.
• Ability to work independently and maintain focus in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent investigations across a range of coverage types.
• Utilize surveillance techniques to monitor subjects covertly.
• Document and report observations clearly and concisely.
• Collaborate with other investigators and law enforcement as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to legal/ethical standards.
