Job summary

Springboard is launching a Surgical Technician Career Training program and seeks experienced, certified Surgical Technicians to mentor learners remotely in the United States. You will conduct weekly 1:1 mentorships, reinforce TS-C concepts, and guide students through the 18-week curriculum toward certification readiness.

Qualifications

• Active TS-C credential through the NCCT.
• Minimum 3–5 years as a Surgical Technician.
• Experience in a hospital operating room preferred.
• Experience mentoring trainees, students, or new technicians.

Responsibilities

• Meet weekly 1:1 mentorship sessions with assigned students.
• Reinforce TS-C concepts and surgical workflows.
• Connect coursework to real-world OR practices and terminology.
• Document mentorship sessions and learner progress.
• Collaborate with Live Instructors, Advisors, and Clinical Skills Lab teams to identify trends.
