Springboard is launching an online Surgical Technician Career Training program and is seeking an engaging Live Instructor with TS-C/CST credentials. You will help shape live session content, pacing, learner engagement, and certification readiness as a founding instructional partner for a first-of-its-kind program.

The role involves weekly 90-minute sessions over 18 weeks (20–30 students per session), across multiple time zones, with collaboration on content design and learner outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate weekly 90-minute sessions over 18 weeks for 20–30 students per session.
• Lead engaging, motivational live instruction and reinforce key concepts.
• Prepare independently for live sessions and deliver demonstrations of surgical concepts.
• Collaborate with mentors and program leadership to improve learner outcomes.
• Lead TS-C certification review sessions towards the end of the curriculum.
