Responsibilities

• Communicates with hospital leadership team regarding scheduling issues and with physician offices to confirm cases and changes.
• Schedules clinical procedures including site, correct procedure, and supplies; enters patient information such as diagnosis and insurance eligibility.
• Maintains productivity and prioritizes tasks; supports other duties as needed to ensure patient care continuity.
• Validates credentials of providers and communicates availability to offices.
