Job summary

Solventum seeks a Surgical Healing Specialist to drive sales growth for incision management solutions in the Tacoma region. You will support OR teams, provide procedural guidance, and help integrate Solventum products into surgical practice.

In this role you will build relationships with surgeons and key stakeholders, coordinate territory planning, and use data to target opportunities. Travel up to 20% is required; a valid driver’s license and CRM experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher plus 4+ years medical sales/clinical experience.
• Alternatively, High School Diploma/GED with 8+ years medical sales/clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth, product adoption, and market share for Solventum’s incision management and wound healing solutions within a defined territory.
