Job summary

SafeinHome in Tempe, AZ seeks a Remote Supports Training Specialist to assess training needs, develop effective learning programs, and deliver engaging instruction that enhances knowledge retention, skill development, and performance.

You will develop curricula, lead needs assessments, deliver orientation and upskilling sessions, and coordinate logistics while ensuring PHI/PII confidentiality and compliance with state rules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Two years experience as a Trainer, Corporate Training Specialist or similar role preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop learning strategy to ensure employees have knowledge and skills for high-quality service delivery.
• Set up training processes to meet state requirements.
• Develop curriculum, lesson plans, participant guides, and assessments.
• Conduct needs assessments using data, metrics, and feedback.
• Deliver training for orientation, new hires, and upskilling programs.
• Coordinate training logistics including scheduling and costs.
• Maintain PHI/PII confidentiality and promote company policies.
