Job summary

SafeinHome seeks a Director of Remote Supports to lead 24/7 service centers, owning vision, operating model, staffing, and quality standards. You will grow the program from about 3,000 to 10,000+ clients while maintaining response times and safety.

This is based at a SafeinHome site in the Phoenix area with limited travel. The role requires 5+ years of senior management experience in a regulated, healthcare-adjacent setting and a track record of scaling remote support operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of senior management experience.
• Experience scaling a 24/7 Remote Supports or healthcare-adjacent service.
• Proven ability to manage staffing, scheduling, and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead 24/7 service centers and scale Remote Supports to 10,000+ clients.
• Design staffing models and scheduling across all shifts.
• Establish SLAs, KPIs, and QA programs for consistent service.
• Present progression reports to the SVP of Operations and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT, Product, HR, Finance, and Compliance.
