Qualifications

• Commitment to the pro-life movement and Protect Life Michigan's mission.
• Support-raising experience required.
• Excellent coaching skills, ability to encourage others while providing relevant, practical advice, and confidence in solving problems on a case-by-case basis.
• Google Workspace experience required.
• High degree of emotional intelligence with an ability to show support, celebrate wins, and hold people accountable to goals and outcomes.
• Ability to understand data and manage multiple projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Coach staff one-on-one to support raising goals and progress.
• Lead/assist weekly check-ins and coaching sessions.
• Coordinate internal Support Raising Bootcamps.
• Oversee weekly phone block scheduling.
• Report staff progress to Support Raising Specialist.
