Responsibilities

• Lead planning and logistics for state-wide student events, including large-scale and travel-heavy campaigns.
• Oversee Event Assistant; delegate tasks, provide training, and manage ongoing projects.
• Coordinate with departments to craft marketing plans, emails, social media content, and promotional materials.
• Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health, and safety obligations.
• Attend events across Michigan, including some nights and weekends, as a PLM representative.
