Job summary

Protect Life Michigan is seeking a Support Raising Coach to recruit, train, and empower staff and interns in Michigan. You will coach teams, monitor progress, and align coaching with mission-driven goals while supporting fundraising efforts.

The role offers flexible hours, remote work with occasional in-person activities, and training to help staff achieve full support while contributing to a pro-life mission. Experience with Google Workspace is required.

Qualifications

• Commitment to pro-life mission and Protect Life Michigan.
• Support-raising experience required.
• Excellent coaching with practical guidance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Strong EI and accountability approach.

Responsibilities

• Coach staff through weekly check-ins and progress.
• Lead one-on-one coaching and feedback sessions.
• Help plan bootcamps and training for interns.
• Monitor staff progress and report to the Specialist.
• Foster a positive support-raising culture.
