This position can be filled by a part-time or full-time applicant.
For your first semester on campus, you will be paired with an experienced Campus Activist to receive on-the-job training. Please note that your training location may be further away from the campus(es) with which you would regularly be working.
About the Role
A Protect Life Michigan (PLM) Regional Activist (RA) carries out the mission of PLM by traveling to local campuses and supporting campus staff by assisting in building community, participating in meetings, and attending or leading outreaches. Regional Activists will be trained in campus requirements and in how to lead apologetics training, depending on the RA’s skill and the current needs of the campus groups.
The RA will work with a designated region of schools, and on occasion, may be asked to travel outside of the region to offer support at other schools. RAs report to a Campus Activist Supervisor.
This role can be either full-time (40 hours per week) or part time (20 hours per week), determined by the needs of the candidate and the hiring manager.
