Qualifications

- Proven experience with workflow automation tools.
- Native or fully bilingual in English; Spanish is a plus.

- Design and manage the integration journey for new US partners.
- Create and host webinars to boost platform usage.
- Act as the Single Point of Contact for technical issues.
- Maximize automation of support and onboarding workflows.
