Pliant is a European fintech offering B2B payment solutions. The role is remote (m/f/d) and focused on supporting our SaaS platform via web apps and API. You will investigate, reproduce, and resolve intricate customer issues.

As the escalation point from 1st‑Level Support, you’ll analyze logs, validate API workflows, and coordinate with Customer Support, Product, and Engineering. You will ensure high‑quality handovers to speed resolutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical troubleshooting roles.
• Strong debugging and analytical skills.
• Experience with REST APIs and API testing tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Own complex technical cases end‑to‑end from 1st‑level support to resolution.
• Provide clear updates to stakeholders and own SLA adherence.
• Escalate with complete reproduction steps and logs for engineering.
• Coordinate with Product & Engineering on prioritization.
• Debug product and integration issues using logs and tools.
• Triaging and classifying issues (config, data, bugs).
