Job summary

Wolt is hiring full-time Support Associates for our remote Shared Service Center. You’ll support customers, courier partners, and venues across multiple countries, using live chat and phone, while working in a 40-hour week from a remote location.

You’ll join a fast-growing tech company, receive onboarding, and collaborate with teams to improve our support operations. Fluency in Georgian and strong English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• No previous customer service experience? No problem! We’ll teach you everything you need to know.
• You should be a clear and empathetic communicator with a naturally customer-focused approach.
• You should be available to work 5 days per week across different shift types, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• You must have Georgian fluency and professional working proficiency in English.
