Job summary

Neogen Corporation is seeking a highly organized Supply Planner to manage product replenishment and develop supply plans aligned with forecasts, inventory targets, and production requirements. This fully remote role may involve travel and requires collaboration across Manufacturing, Production, Sales, Quality, and Customer Service.

The ideal candidate will have ERP/MRP experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to balance demand with supply while optimizing service

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Logistics or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 2+ years in supply planning, inventory planning, or related supply chain roles.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain supply plans using ERP and planning systems.
• Review forecasts, inventory levels, safety stock, and production needs.
• Coordinate replenishment with Manufacturing, Sales, and Customer Service.
• Manage purchase orders for finished goods and monitor inventory health.
• Support capacity planning and risk identification to prevent stockouts.
