Job summary

Neogen Corporation is seeking a highly organized and analytical Supply Planner to join our team. You will manage product replenishment, develop supply plans from forecasts, inventory, safety stock, and production requirements for purchased and manufactured goods.

As a key link between supply and demand, you will collaborate across Manufacturing, Production, Sales, Quality, Customer Service, Laboratory, and other functions to keep plans aligned with demand, capabilities, inventory targets, and

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Planning, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in supply planning, inventory planning, logistics, production planning, or related field.
• Experience working with ERP, MRP or other planning systems preferred.
• Ability to analyze forecasts, inventory levels and planning data.
• Strong organizational and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain supply plans using ERP and planning systems.
• Review forecasts, inventory levels, safety stock and production capabilities to build replenishment plans.
• Manage purchase orders for finished goods and coordinate replenishment activities.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Production, Sales, Quality, Customer Service and other functions to align plans.
• Develop short- and long-term supply plans balancing supply and demand.
