End-to-End Supply Chain Planner

Job summary

College of American Pathologists seeks a Supply Chain Planner to convert approved customer demand into executable production and material plans, linking demand to batches and maintaining accurate dates and notes for Operations and Customer Service.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Planning Manager, this role requires experience in high-volume planning, strong ERP and Excel skills, and the ability to coordinate across Manufacturing, Scheduling, Procurement, and Quality teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of production planning, materials planning, scheduling, or supply chain experience in complex manufacturing; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience using SYSPRO or similar manufacturing ERP; strong Excel and data-analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate approved demand into time-phased production and material requirements.
• Create production jobs and batches in SYSPRO within 24 hours when complete demand exists.
• Maintain planning dates, priorities, and notes; escalate risks and track actions to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align master plan with capacity and materials.
