Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ experience.
• Experience with core supply chain functions, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
• Experience with ERP systems and associated tools.
• Prior work experience with standard project management lifecycles.
• Experience in cross-functional leadership and collaborating with teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in sprint planning, change management, portfolio reviews, intake, and planning meetings.
• Develop detailed business cases by gathering scope inputs, requirements, and targeted business outcomes.
• Manage change management and communication activities to ensure seamless project implementation.
• Collaborate with sponsors, portfolio leads, and technical teams to align objectives and deliverables.
• Drive data-driven decision-making to optimize outcomes and reliable delivery performance.
• Oversee vendor and stakeholder management to ensure alignment and successful execution.
• Utilize ERP systems and tools to manage project lifecycles.
• Monitor and report project progress to align with goals and timelines.
