RTX is seeking a Supply Chain Project Manager to drive strategic initiatives across procurement, logistics, and inventory management. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop business cases, and manage change with a data-driven approach to deliver reliable delivery performance and profitability.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years' experience
• Experience with core supply chain functions, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
• Experience with ERP systems and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Experience with standard project management lifecycles, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Experience in cross-functional leadership and vendor/stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead sprint planning, change management, portfolio reviews, and intake meetings.
• Develop detailed business cases by gathering key scope inputs, requirements, and targeted business outcomes.
• Collaborate with business sponsors, portfolio leads, and technical leads to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
• Oversee change management and communication activities to drive project adoption across stakeholders.
• Manage vendor and stakeholder relationships to ensure project requirements and deliverables are met.
• Utilize ERP systems, tools, and command media to manage project lifecycles and supply chain operations effectively.
• Apply data-driven decision-making to optimize project outcomes and streamline processes.
• Interface with business and functional leaders to provide training and support for change management initiatives.
