Job summary

Everyday Dose is seeking a remote Supply Chain Specialist to drive daily and weekly inventory planning, purchasing coordination, and production alignment. You will oversee materials for production runs, reconcile inventory, and partner with co-manufacturers and 3PLs to keep supply chains on track.

The role emphasizes hands-on execution, strong organizational focus, and close collaboration with the Supply Chain Manager to optimize supplier performance and ensure on-time fulfillment for a growing

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in supply chain, planning, procurement, logistics, or related operations.
• Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, INDEX/MATCH or XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, scenario modeling.
• Ability to build clean, formula-driven workbooks and planning tools.
• Experience coordinating with co-manufacturers, 3PLs, contract packagers, or similar partners.
• Strong analytical skills with inventory, production, supplier, and cost data.

Responsibilities

• Run inventory planning across raw materials, packaging, and finished goods with safety stock and reorder points.
• Support sourcing and purchasing activities, monitor pricing and contract data, track supplier performance.
• Coordinate with co-manufacturers on production schedules, materials, and issue resolution.
• Drive cycle counting, reconciliation, FEFO management, and traceability across locations.
• Maintain planning models and run-rate tools for visibility into needs.
• Monitor supplier OTIF and quality performance; support scorecard reviews.
• Track production costs and explain variances against standards.
• Reconcile inventory across co-manufacturers and 3PLs; manage write-offs.
