Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking a Manager in the supply chain team to help achieve operational goals and support development, planning, and implementation of the S&OP process.

You will manage a complex portfolio, balance inventory, optimize total delivered cost, and ensure product availability for patients. You will coordinate with vendors and internal teams across Marketing, Finance, and Product Development to maintain supply and drive continuous improvement while aligning

Responsibilities

• Manage demand planning meetings with internal partners (Marketing, Finance, Business Analytics, Channel Strategy, etc.) to gather total demand.
• Partner with internal teams to review and streamline the demand planning process.
• Develop and manage product manufacturing and distribution plans for new and existing products to ensure continuous supply.
• Create and maintain replenishment plans for finished products across responsible territories and place replenishment orders.
• Develop and implement safety stock with shelf-life in line with desired service levels to meet inventory objectives.
• Coordinate manufacturing plan communications with internal and external parties.
• Oversee purchase order processes with drug product plants and packaging CMOs to execute plans on time.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to monitor processes and provide feedback.
• Escalate supply issues and risks and implement corrective actions to maintain continuity.
• Manage the monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process and align actions with internal stakeholders.
