Job summary

Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd seeks a Manager in the OAPI supply chain to drive demand planning, S&OP execution, and global sourcing strategies for multiple product categories. You will balance inventory, optimize total delivered cost, and support cross-functional teams to meet patient needs.

Responsibilities include coordinating with marketing, finance, and manufacturing, managing POs with drug product plants and 3PLs, and monitoring KPIs to ensure continuous supply across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in supply chain or operations.
• Experience with ERP and SAP S4 HANA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand planning and S&OP meetings with internal partners.
• Develop and manage product manufacturing and distribution plans.
• Manage purchase orders and supplier communications to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor supplier KPIs and align production with program goals.
• Elevate supply risks and implement mitigation actions.
