OLIPOP is seeking a remote Supply Chain Manager for Customization to oversee contracts with third-party manufacturers and manage end-to-end supply chain activities from negotiation to product launches.

The role involves heavy collaboration with co-manufacturers and packaging partners, and may require travel up to ~50%. Experience in beverage CPG and strong vendor management are highly valued for success in this position.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in supply chain operations, preferably consumer packaged goods, beverage preferred.
• Strong negotiation, project management, analytical and supplier relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with beverage production systems listed as a plus.
• Comfort with Google platforms, Salesforce and similar CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the negotiation, execution and management of contracts with third-party manufacturers, aligned to company strategy.
• Manage the end-to-end supply chain for contract partners, resolving issues across production, quality, warehousing and transportation.
• Lead weekly performance reviews, use data to identify gaps and track KPIs such as order fulfilment and quality.
• Coordinate planning, execution and launch activities for new products with contract manufacturers and packaging partners.
• Apply proven methods to resolve complex operational challenges with partners.
