Job summary

Ilocatum seeks an experienced D365 Supply Chain Analyst to support and optimize business processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain operations and hands-on experience with D365 SCM.

Responsibilities include analyzing end-to-end processes, configuring modules, reporting with Power BI, and coordinating with business and IT teams to implement improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Information Systems, Operations, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, document, and improve end-to-end supply chain processes within D365 SCM.
• Serve as a functional SME for D365 SCM modules and functionality.
• Configure and support D365 SCM modules and functionality.
• Create functional specifications, process docs, and test scripts.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs for supply chain ops.
