Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of procurement and inventory management experience, ideally in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement processes, and vendor relations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the procurement process, including sourcing, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiation.
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet production schedules without overstocking.
• Conduct regular inventory audits, reconcile discrepancies, and implement inventory control measures.
• Coordinate with production and other departments to forecast material requirements.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and procurement documentation.
• Track and report inventory KPIs and identify opportunities to improve procurement processes.
