The role focuses on accurate data entry, maintaining databases, and ensuring timely processing of purchase orders and quotes. Strong keyboard skills, proficiency in Excel and Outlook, and an organized, reliable work approach are required.

Qualifications

• Strong keyboard and data entry skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel is required.
• Organized and efficient.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary administrative support person for the supply chain department while learning supply chain operations.
• Enter hard copy data electronically, accurately and in a timely manner.
• This role ensures all assigned products are properly quoted, ordered, delivered and available for shipment.
• Enter accurate data within internal operating systems for reporting purposes.
• Process purchase orders, product quotes, and internal information requests.
• Works with a variety of data sources related to supply chain operations.
• All other duties and responsibilities that are assigned.
