Company of Animals is seeking a detail-oriented supply chain professional for order management across the Americas. You will handle sales orders, PO receipts, and intercompany movements while coordinating with the US 3PL warehouse and internal account managers.

This remote role requires strong data entry, Excel proficiency, and experience with ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics BC. You will monitor inbound freight, manage open orders, and maintain high accuracy in communications with customers

Formación

• Strong data entry and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics BC, is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Load and process Sales Orders accurately and timely.
• Communicate with Americas customers for order confirmations and inquiries.
• Receive Americas Purchase Orders and review open orders.
