Job summary

Jacuzzi Group is seeking a detail‑oriented Supply Chain Contract Administrator to support Jacuzzi Bath Remodel and JBRx operations in the United States. You will manage contract lifecycles, lead RFI/RFQ/RFP activities, and negotiate terms with suppliers to maximize value while ensuring compliance with internal policies.

In this role you will collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal teams, oversee onboarding, monitor SLAs, and drive continuous improvement through cost

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, contract management, and contract review.
• Experience with warehouse operations or facility services contracts preferred.
• Strong understanding of contract terminology and management processes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Production, Finance, Legal to support contract-related requirements.
• Manage contract activities from initiation to completion, tracking milestones and deadlines.
• Lead RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes including supplier outreach and bid analysis.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, service scopes, payment terms, and renewal terms.
• Conduct supplier evaluations of capability, capacity, financial stability, and performance.
• Coordinate contract reviews with Legal and internal stakeholders and manage approvals.
• Support supplier onboarding, site access coordination, and implementation planning.
• Monitor supplier compliance with contracts and SLAs, driving corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Finance to validate invoices and ensure billing accuracy.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities for cost reduction and service improvements.
• Research and qualify alternative suppliers for risk mitigation and continuity.
• Maintain contract records, renewal schedules, and supplier performance metrics.
