Job summary

Jacuzzi Bath seeks a Sourcing Lead to drive strategic sourcing, supplier performance, and cost opportunities. You will develop sourcing strategies, negotiate agreements, and ensure reliable material supply for production and growth.

Working with Planning, Operations, and Product Management, you will optimize procurement, manage supplier relationships, and monitor performance with scorecards while leading risk mitigation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of sourcing, purchasing, or procurement experience in manufacturing.
• Proven experience negotiating supplier pricing, contracts, and terms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned commodities.
• Lead supplier negotiations on pricing, contracts, and lead times.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop new suppliers to support growth.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Planning to ensure material availability and optimize working capital.
