Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies in Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid) seeks a Service Supply Planning and Procurement Analyst for a 12-month engagement to optimize supply plans and procurement processes. You will manage backlogs, coordinate with OEMs, and ensure timely material availability across the supply chain.

Responsibilities include PO management, inventory control, and cross-functional collaboration to resolve shortages and schedule interruptions while maintaining key performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily customer backlog by providing recovery dates based on supply plans and OEM coordination.
• Review weekly New buy and Repair supply requirements via planning system outputs.
• Place POs and expedite supply with OEMs to handle demand upside within lead times.
• Maintain planning parameters to ensure smooth weekly supply planning and execution.
• Publish weekly ClientCare MPS to multiple OEMs.
• Proactively ensure material availability and inventory control.
• Track inventory metrics and master production schedules with compliance to materials requirements.
• Collaborate with downstream customers to maximize service and responsiveness.
• Resolve labor/material shortages, backlogs and schedule interruptions.
• Cross-functionally coordinate with vendors and stakeholders on product problems.
• Resolve shipping and scheduling issues, forecasts for product lines.
• Manage PO lifecycle: creation, delinquencies, takeovers, pricing, quantity changes.
• Handle SEMS tickets with warehouse/buyer teams.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors/finance.
• Drive backlog management: Wrike packs, substitutions, warehouse PO receipts.
• Manage RC inventory levels with RC warehouse and planning teams.
