The candidate should have a Bachelor's or Master's in a related field and 10+ years in supply chain planning, with strong analytics and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain new product introduction and planning (supply, production or material planning).
• Strong understanding of SCM processes across channel ops, supply planning, forecasts, inventory and allocation.
• Experience with analytics, metrics, calculations and dimensions.
• Experience in consumer electronics or hardware industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead NP I build matrix ownership and profile creation across all NPI phases.
• Create weekly build profiles balancing demand, material, capacity/UPH, yield and test constraints.
• Maintain S&OP dashboards and partner feeds, including forecast refreshes.
• Produce demand forecasts and scenarios (High/Mid/Low) monthly and weekly variants.
• Collaborate with Supply Planner, Materials Planner and Product Ops to lock builds.
• Ensure component readiness at CM with correct revision, quantity and timing.
• Maintain CBOM accuracy and revision control.
• Drive CTB per build: availability and shortage burn-down.
• Coordinate 1P vs 2P strategy during constrained ramp.

Location: Sunnyvale, CA - Hybrid - 3 days on-site at client location

We are looking for a Supply Chain & Data AI Analyst to join a small team of Supply Chain SME's who will be working our client in Sunnyvale, CA.

Responsibilities

• Working with other Supply Chain team members, engage innew product introduction,own the NPI build matrix and build profile - what gets built, where, when, in what config and quantity across all NPI phases.
• Create weekly build profiles balancing demand, material, capacity/UPH, yield, test constraints
• Keep the data behind S&OP dashboards and partner feeds (CPFR, partner sell-through, external extracts) correct and on time, including monthly forecast cycle refreshes.
• Produce demand forecasts and scenarios (High / Mid / Low, monthly vs. weekly versions), S&OP and lifetime values, POR vs. recommended supply, ex-factory, shipped vs. landed supply, PAB and weeks of supply, CM purchase orders
• Partner with Supply Planner, Materials Planner, Product Ops to lock builds
• Own component and material readiness for NPI builds. Ensure every part is available at the CM, (right revision, quantity, and time)
• Own CBOM accuracy and revision control
• Drive CTB (Clear-to-Build) per build: availability, shortage burn-down
• Drive CM/JDM capacity planning: allocation and arbitration, line count, UPH, yield ramp, second-source readiness
• Coordinate 1P vs 2P strategy and allocation during constrained ramp

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Masters in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain new product introduction and planning (supply planning, production planning & or material planning).
• Strong Supply Chain Process understanding to support across Channel Ops, Supply Planning (sell-in, sell-through, forecasts, inventory, allocation, supply) Strong client facing end-user training experience.
• Understanding of analytics and document metrics, calculations and dimensions
• Experience working with Consumer Electronics, Electronics / Hardware companies. (Apple, Microsoft, Amazon, Agilent, HP, Dell, etc..)
