Job summary

Markerstudy Insurance Services Limited is seeking a Supplier Relationships Manager to oversee the facilities and property portfolio. The role is largely remote with monthly visits to the Manchester office and occasional supplier travel.

You will manage supplier performance, safety, and compliance, coordinating with internal teams to support supply chain fulfilment. You will analyse MI, develop action plans, and ensure RAMS and health & safety procedures are in place, while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• Supplier relationship management experience required.
• Analytical and pragmatic approach to supplier relationship management.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines.
• The ability to work as part of a team whilst showing initiative.
• Analytical approach to understanding MI, SLA's, and service failures.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills being proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of key suppliers to ensure service delivery against contracted terms and SLAs.
• Analyse MI from internal and external sources to drive supplier performance with actionable plans.
• Manage contractor vetting, RAMS, permits and related risk assessments.
• Coordinate Health & Safety policies, DSE checks, training, and compliance across sites.
• Liaise with Talent & Development to ensure annual H&S training.
• Lead contractor management and site inspections for compliance.
• Ensure maintenance activities have RAMS, scope of works, and permits in place.
• Coordinate facilities interface, contractor visits, audits and statutory checks.
