Job summary

Primark is seeking a Country Facilities Manager USA to lead outsourced FM contracts across the Boston region, ensuring safe, compliant and cost-effective services for retail operations. You will oversee supplier performance, governance and continuous improvement while aligning with regional expansion and store openings.

The role engages with procurement, store operations and finance teams to maintain service standards, manage budgets and drive value for money. Hybrid in-office model applies.

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience in managing FM supplier contracts and multi-site service delivery.
• Proven ability to manage supplier governance, performance reviews and improvement plans.
• Strong financial acumen with budget control experience across FM services.

Responsibilities

• Lead FM suppliers to deliver day-to-day services across sites and monitor performance.
• Manage contracts, audits and PPAs to ensure standards and value for money.
• Oversee KPIs, SLAs, governance reviews and corrective action plans.
• Plan FM services for new store openings and ongoing operations.
• Collaborate with procurement to review contracts and tender processes.
• Ensure health, safety, environmental and quality compliance in all stores.
