Job summary

Braemac/XTG is seeking a Supplier Business Manager to develop and manage the global supplier relationship, coordinating with sales, marketing, Product Business Units and executive management to drive profitable growth. This remote role focuses on expanding the supplier base, executing strategic plans, and training field teams to maximize product offerings and revenues.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4+ years in sales, marketing, distribution or supplier management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Four plus years of progressive industry experience including sales, marketing, distribution and supplier relations.
• Experience with CRM tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Position and promote Braemac globally with suppliers, customers and industry participants to become the preferred partner.
• Develop and implement marketing plans addressing product issues, forecasts, trends and tech advances.
• Lead supplier reviews to ensure performance against the annual business plan.
• Expand supplier base and coordinate new product launches with training for field sales and product teams.
• Coordinate collateral, tools, ads, newsletters and web offerings; manage co-op budgets and communications.
• Negotiate supplier contracts to gain marketplace advantage.
• Serve as product expert liaison between product management and sales.
• Support major opportunities with the sales team and direct supplier/product-based help on calls.
