Embraer in the Northeast US is seeking a Supplier Quality Leader to drive rescue projects, investigate quality issues, and implement sustainable supplier improvements, in close collaboration with our team in Brazil.

You will conduct on-site audits, manage non-conformities and concessions, and report progress to Top Management. This remote role requires strong problem-solving, Six Sigma expertise, and willingness to travel up to 80%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required; master's preferred.
• Experience with supplier quality, audits, and problem solving.
• Six Sigma Black Belt is preferred; knowledge of 8D, FMEA, MSA, SPC.

Responsabilités

• Lead supplier quality rescue projects and action plans.
• Perform supplier audits and on-site visits.
• Collaborate with Brazil team and report progress to Top Management.
• Lead root cause analyses and concession management.
• Maintain QM records and control plans in SAP.
• Support Lean initiatives and process changes.
• Travel up to 80%, remote in Northeast US.
