Job summary

Intuitive Machines, LLC seeks a Supplier Manager/SQE to own end-to-end supplier performance from qualification through delivery in a remote role. You will lead supplier relationships, quality and delivery metrics, and coordinate with Engineering and Supply Chain on risk and corrective actions.

The role requires extensive AS9100 experience, RCCA/CAPA leadership, and the ability to travel internationally up to 50% while maintaining a home office and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Manufacturing Quality, Quality Engineering, or Supplier Quality in aerospace/defense.
• AS9100 knowledge and aerospace manufacturing standards.
• Experience with RCCA/CAPA using 8D, 5-Why, Fishbone/Ishikawa.

Responsibilities

• Own supplier relationships and monitor schedule, quality, and delivery performance.
• Lead supplier assessments, audits, and corrective actions (RCCA/CAPA).
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Engineering on qualification through delivery lifecycle.
• Review first article inspections and ensure compliance with AS9102.
